ABOUT THE COMPETITION

Training magazine sponsors an annual competition that evaluates a variety of data on organizational learning programs.

The judging is based on elements such as training infrastructure/delivery, evaluation procedures, and internal best practices. Companies are then ranked accordingly. Results are announced at the annual Training Top 125 Gala, to be held Monday, February 22, 2021, at the Training 2021 Conference & Expo at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort in Orlando, FL.
