Training magazine sponsors an annual awards program that evaluates a variety of data on organizational learning programs.
The judging is based on elements such as training infrastructure/delivery, evaluation procedures, metrics, and internal best practices. Companies are then ranked accordingly. Results are announced at the annual Training MVP Awards Gala, to be held Monday, February 23, 2026, at the Training 2026 Conference & Expo at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort in Orlando, FL.
