ABOUT THE AWARDS PROGRAM

Training magazine's annual awards program recognizes employer-sponsored training and development. Training magazine sponsors an annual awards program that evaluates a variety of data on organizational learning programs.

The judging is based on elements such as training infrastructure/delivery, evaluation procedures, metrics, and internal best practices. Companies are then ranked accordingly. Results are announced at the annual Training APEX Awards Gala, to be held Monday, February 26, 2024, at the Training 2024 Conference & Expo at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort in Orlando, FL.
