Welcome to the 2024 AER International Conference online Sponsorship, Advertising, and Exhibitor sales page! 

Here is where you will request your sponsorship, advertising and/or exhibitor needs. Once approved, you can access the Sponsorship and Exhibitor Service Center to take advantage of the management and preparation tools offered to ensure a successful event! (You can download the Conference Prospectus here.)

For Exhibitors
The exhibitor setup is scheduled for Wednesday, July 24 around 6:00 pm. The exhibit hall hours are scheduled for:

July 25 from 9:30 am - 5:30 pm
July 26 from 8:00 am - 3:30 pm
July 27 from 9:30 am - 4:00 pm
(tentative schedule, subject to change based on session hours)
