2027 Annual Meeting Registration

Early Bird Registration for the Annual Meeting is available through February 12, 2027. ALL ATTENDEES, INCLUDING PRESENTERS, MUST PAY A REGISTRATION FEE. A special discount on the Early Bird registration fee is available to ACJS Members. We do not offer day rates or one-day registrations. ACJS does not accept purchase orders as a method of payment.  ACJS will accept credit card, check, or an invoice payment during advance registration through February 12.

All Registration Fees are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.

MEMBER REGISTRATION: The Member registration rate is available only to current ACJS members. This includes Regular, Senior, Institutional, and Student members of ACJS.  If your membership is not current, please complete the membership application BEFORE you attempt to register.  After you join, the system will automatically recognize your membership status when you register and apply the discounted rate. If you have difficulty with the system recognizing your membership status, contact Debra Grandy email dgrandy@acjs.org.

NOT A MEMBER OF ACJS? You can SAVE on your registration fee by joining before registering. The difference in registration fees EXCEEDS the cost of a full membership year, and by joining, you reap all the member benefits. Don't waste this opportunity. Get a significant price break by becoming an ACJS member BEFORE you register!

NOTE: The "Join" button on the ACJS website is for joining ACJS as a member, not for registering for the meeting. Meeting registration is separate and processed only through the Annual Meeting registration link.

  • Admittance to all Plenaries, Panels, and Open Workshops
  • Pre-Conference Workshops, unless a separate registration fee is required
  • Registered attendee gift, while supplies last
  • New Attendee Breakfast, if applicable
  • Select Pre-conference Workshops
  • President’s Reception
  • All Regions Ice Cream Social
  • Access to the Jim Ruiz Employment Exchange
  • Entrance to the ACJS Exhibit Hall, Wednesday through Friday
  • Coffee Service during Exhibit Hall hours
  • Student Luncheon on Thursday for registered students, based on space availability
  • ACJS Academy Awards Luncheon, based on space availability
  • Admittance to the Research Pictorial Showcase and Reception
  • Admittance to the Trivia Game Night
