ABOUT THE COMPETITION

Training magazine sponsors an annual competition that evaluates a variety of data on organizational learning programs.

The judging is based on elements such as training infrastructure/delivery, evaluation procedures, and internal best practices. Companies are then ranked accordingly. Results are announced at the annual Top 125 Gala, Monday, February 18, 2013, at the Training 2012 Conference & Expo at Walt Disney World Resort®, Florida.
